: Jamaria is a Managing Director at TowerBrook Capital Partners. She has a strong track record in value creation across a number of sectors and domains. Her expertise extends into the realm of AI, where she has advised and guided organisations towards effective selection, integration and utilisation of AI technologies. Previously, Jamaria served as an independent advisor to private equity firms and large multinationals, offering strategic insights and guidance on business building, business transformation, digital, data, technology and innovation. Prior to that, she held the position of Managing Partner at Hewlett Packard Enterprise's advisory and consulting services. Jamaria is a Non-Executive Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee at Tate Enterprises, the commercial arm of the Tate galleries. In addition, she is a trustee of the Rosetrees Trust, a charitable foundation that has supported cutting-edge medical research for over 30 years. She also serves on the Risk & Audit Committee of The Biochemical Society, a global community founded in 1911, representing the breadth of the molecular biosciences. Jamaria holds a B.Sc. in Business Information Technology and an M.Com. in International Business from the University of New South Wales in Australia. She is also a qualified accountant (ACCA).
